| for me we have 1.9lbs bottles of water(had to weigh myself with and without a bottle on my digital scale) out here in Iraq. it's not the best tasting bottle water so i just used the crystal light to go flavor packets in one bottle and it gives me enough flavor to down the whole thing. since they are sugar free i usually count each packet as 1 carb which totals to 12carbs, i drink a lot of water.

| LOL see and folk laugh when I recommend that for craving control, the hot spicey,like habenero peppers cause all they will be carving after them is lots and lots of ice water.
