| Re: first week down! Hi Katie, I am on day 7 today too and I also lost 7 lbs... I was not going to look at the scale until next week, but I had to... WOOHOO, congrats on your loss!!!! Isn't this board great!!!!  Will be looking forward to seeing how much we lose in the next 7 days!!!
