| What I do is i cut up whatever I have baked into individual pieces, then wrap them in saran wrap and freeze them. It makes it much harder to binge on them. i love to bake but only do it for special occaisions, this weekend is thanksgiving for us so I will be making individual cheesecakes, and a pumpkin pie. Any leftovers I will freeze right away... It's really hard not to go overboard with sweets, which is why I don't bake them very often.

| I never tried this recipe but have made a pumpkin custard before and OMG it is like a cheat. Good time for a reminder. October and Pumpkins are good together.

| You should try freezing one small piece and see how it goes. I have heard in the past that cheesecake doesn't freeze well, but it seems to freeze ok for me . I think if' it's more eggy and custard like it may turn a little runny...but you can try with a small piece to see.
