| I am so jealous! I love Las Vegas!!! Last time I went there, we didn't rent a car, and my boyfriend and I walked at least 8 miles a day! The latest Vegas food trend I noticed was the price...sheesh! It's really gone up in the past few years.

| molecular is out the trend now is farm food. I had it in 2 different restaurants. all the way from KY to Las vegas to eat farm food... meat loaf and fried chicken are the hot items. and I am not kidding! there was no foamed foie gras anywhere! just macaroni and cheese!

| the new Bouchon is open out there so it's not dead totally..... Low carb in Vegas.... $7.99 prime rib or 10.99 surf and turf. the rest was all carb city!!! fried chicken and meatloaf are the hot tickets. everybody serves it now. I did have BBQ wild boar ribs that were great!
