| NO, we count all carbs. It means you do not have a limit on the number of eggs you can have it it takes a 6 egg omelette today to satisfy your hunger then you can have it but you do need to count all the carbs in everything veggies spices, herbs, cheeses condiments, eggs and anything else that might have some.

| Dr. Atkins believed that it was relatively difficult to eat too many eggs, as they are very filling.

| All the sources I've just looked up seem to say .4 - .6 carbs per large / extra large egg. Theoretically, then, for induction, could one make three 2-egg omelettes for meals throughout the day, dividing their cheese and veggies between them and eating their salads inbetween those meals? |

| Dr. A said to eat eggs liberally. I get sick of eggs if I eat them daily. I need a break from them. You all should try farm fresh eggs. They are 100% better than store bought. You just aren't living until you've watched a chicken lay an egg, picked it up washed it, cooked it and eaten it! I LOVE living on a farm!!! Quote:
