| I had written in another post that I'd like to be wearing a size 12 by Christmas...which on me, would be in the 190s (I'm dead serious...I must have a lot of muscle or something). So my Christmas goal will be 190 OR a size 12, whatever happens first.

| Emily--Well I'm 5'8" but I'm really evenly proportioned...so maybe it could be that my weight is distributed very evenly. I look about 30lb. lighter than I really am.

| I have never set myself time/weightloss goals as I know that if I tried my hardest and didnt reach them I would be tempted to give up!! Instead I set goals like: XX days cheatfree eating Exercising for xx minutes x times a week Drinking xx ounces of water each day These were things I could control by making the right decisions and therefore were attainable!

| Below 240 was my modest Christmas goal (which was a 10 pound loss from Halloween). I was tempted to strive for me, but knowing the holidays could be a tough time -- even with legal foods -- I was conservative. 7 more pounds to go. |
