| I love roasted cauliflower. I melt 1/2 stick of butter, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a metal baking pan. Throw in the raw, chopped cauliflower, toss to coat with oil, and sprinkle with chile powder, and a little salt. Throw in a 450 oven, and stir every 5 minutes or so until browned. This takes about 40 minutes or so. This is really awesome "loaded" with shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, sour cream, and chives. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm |
