| Hi Sherry, Two things that I see immediately are grapes. Grapes aren't allowed until the Ongoing Weight Loss phase. Also, half and half is not permitted until OWL phase either. You can have whole cream though. Make sure that your cheese for an entire day doesn't exceed 3-4 ounces. You can have 3 cups of salad vegetables (there are lots of vegetables on this list other than just lettuce) OR you can have 2 cups of salad vegetables and 1 cup of "other" vegetables from the list. You really really really need to get these veggies in every day. You need them for the vitamins/nutrients and the FIBER. Spread the veggies out over all 3 meals as well. You also need to get a minimum of 64 oz of Plain water in every day. Not sure if you are doing that or not. More water is better.

| Thanks for your prompt response. I'll make those changes. Sorry if I seem like I'm jumping the gun, my friend that I will see this Friday is giving me the Dr. Atkins book. Until then, I was just trying to do what I thought was correct! - Sherry |

| I also suggest plugging what you eat in fitday. www.fitday.com. Its free! Make sure you measure out things like, cream in your coffee.. butter... dressing... stuff like that- you'd be surprised how fast carbs can creep up when you are guesstimating how many! Hope that helps. |
