| Kent, I have a question for you there friend. How do I know if I am past that stage. I moreless have just been on induction the entire time. I usally eat a salad consisting of Lettuce, Red Onion, Cucumber, Tomatoe everyday. Other then that the only veggie I eat is really mushrooms. Not because I don't like veggies, just because I ain't to sure on whats good and whats not. So how do you know when your entering or exiting a rung? if there is a thread that explains it feel free to point me in that direction!!!

Dr. Atkins advised us to lose the last 5-10 pounds in the Pre-Maintenance phase because that is the phase where we begin learn about how our bodies maintain weight loss. Please re-read those chapters in DANDR 2002 that deal with these phases. You'll do yourself a favor by learning how to do Atkins in a healthful manner and learn how to keep the weight off when you get to goal.
