| Although not 100% legal, when I was sick I used the Sugar Free Halls. They didn't seem to affect me too much. Hope you feel better!

| Aloe vera juice is wonderful for sore throats. The types I've had don't have any added sugar to it, but not sure of the carb count. You can find it at health food stores and our local Wal-Mart also carries it.

| I have used the sugar-free Halls, too. They help. I've also sprayed with Chloreseptic. I know it probably has some sugar, but it mostly stays on the back of your throat. Very little trickles down... if you're really hurtin', it works.

| I also find gargling with salt water can help. I've been very lucky not to really have any colds on this WOE, however my husband is currently suffering from a horrible one so i'm thinking it's just a matter of days now

| get some sugar free vitamin C, that helps me a lot I take about 8 grams in a day and the cold is gone |

| Yep, salt water. My mom SWEARS by it. I call her to whine and complain about a sore throat, first thing she asks is if I am using it. :P

| My vote is for the sugar free halls! They also make a sugar free cough medicine that you can find in the diabetic section at the drug store if you need it.
