Okay its been a rough couple days here and i thought maybe it would be nice to show some luv around here. So below i have some free graphics that i thought would be nice to pass along so people can have some fun and perhaps send them along to people, you can use this thread to post one to someone, or post them in pm or their journals etc. I just think we all need a little of this after the last couple days.

How do you ask? Well below each image is a http link, copy that ling into the "insert image" box in the toolbar above (the yellow box that looks like it has a mountain in it), preview post and you should see the image appear, then hit enter after the image and type your message or you can put the http link between [img] and [/img].

So here is my first one:



To everyone on this board, without you to make it what it is, i wouldn't be down in weight like i am, reaching my goals of exercise like i am, or looking forward to getting this weight off.

smiles, the ones in my signature i made, but the ones i posted i cheat and go to the free myspace/blogs graphics and glitter sites and mess with the codes for myspace and blogs to fit here. I am glad you like them. I love them too. Hit me up in pm and i will try and explain it to you if you would like. Its not really hard, its just picking the right http link to put in the insert image box.
