| low carbing increases estrogen levels and decreases androgen levels because of the lower insulin interferrence so it can play avock with your cycle AND contrasy to poular belief estrogen is made and stored in fat cells so whe you are moving out the fat molecules for burning some estrogen your body didn't tell to come out and play escapes. Eventually your body will stabilize the level by calling lsee out to play but for the first few months it can be terrible even cause extra periods and spotting.
