| Welcome, Lauren. Sounds like family is supportive, even if they don't know the ropes yet. And that's a great thing! Congrats on your upcoming wedding. There are lots of ways to get exercise in... check out the "Exercise Challenges" forum. Maybe you'll see one that sparks your interest. | Hi Lauren. Thanks for sharing your story and making me laugh this morning. I know what you mean about people not understanding what you can and can't eat. My husband always thinks that Atkins means no sugar/carbs as in cake, cookies, and candy. "Honey," he will say, "What in the world is wrong with eating spaghetti??" Oh well. Congrats on the upcoming wedding! How exciting!
