| According to the USDA table one cup of seeds (168 grams) has 48.52 total grams of carbs less 45.9 grams of fibre, making 2.62 net carbs for 16 flat tablespoons of flax seeds which would amount to 0.16375 carbs per tablespoonsworth. I know, too much info!! So I suppose you should count about a third of a carb net for three tablespoons of seeds - I seem to get about 3 tablespoons of ground flax (linseed) for 2 tablespoons of seeds once ground.
