| I limit my artificial sweetener use to 1 serving once or twice weekly. Mainly because I don't eat alot of 'sweetened' foods and because I don't like the whole artificialness of the sweeteners. Artificial sweeteners are a 'your mileage may vary' type thing. Brown rice syrup might be okay for Maintenance people, but definitely not for Induction Phase, On-Going Weight Loss Phase and Pre-Maintenance Phase.

| I use stevia to sweeten stuff, unless I'm making a big recipe (like that Stella NY Cheesecake) that calls for splenda...I try to stay away from splenda most of the time. It tastes overly sweet to me, and it gives me cravings if I'm not careful.
