| I'm with Silly -- it was one slip, one meal. The danger comes when it sends you down a slippery slope. Even if you slip out of ketosis, you'll probably get back there quickly (it's not like the first time). Just make sure you're back on track, and stay there. AND, stay away from ANYTHING that has breading! |
