not hungry

im really concerned,i dont get hungry very much but i pretty much force myself to eat to eat every four hours.

will i halt my weight loss because i eat so little?

are you eating larger portions every four hours?
the plan is to not let yourself to past 6 waking hours without eating.

maybe you need to wait for more time to pass?
maybe you could cut back on the portions. eat smaller meals instead.
eat to satisfaction.
