| Get right back to it this very minute. Let the very next bite that goes through your lips be atkins friendly...even if it's late and that just means water. You might get a "hangover" from the carbload, you might not. Every person is different. You'll probably find yourself craving for a couple days like mad. Just go back to induction levels until you are firmly back in ketosis and no longer craving.

| You might show a gain tomorrow, yes, but it should level off by the end of the week. Okay, so you slipped. But, you came here and fessed up, and hopefully, as Joy said, quickly got right back on the wagon. This doesn't have to be a huge mistake if you quickly make it right. A bump in the road that you can hop over.... it's when you really let it send you into a spiral that it's dangerous. Take back control -- you are worth so much more than a few doughnuts! | The bad thing about cheating is the fact that some of us find it so HARD to get back on track. I hope you are able to resist the forbidden. Because once you eat off plan it is so much easier to do it again and again! Like the others have recommended, get back on the wagon and hang on tight. Happy Low Carbing. |
