| As no-one else has chimed in here, I would think that as long as your protein % is around the 30% mark and the net carbs are about where they should be according to the level of OWL you are at then you are doing fine.

| Thanks, Elizellen. I was up a few ounces over the few days my carb percentages were that high, and while I didn't drop out of ketosis, my color lightened up significantly. So, it probably was a few too many carbs for me. But, I'll not worry if the percent is above 5 as long as it's within my CCL (when I subtract the fiber). |
