Default Fitday question re: carb percentages

When I look at my Fitday percentages, I see that my carbs are sometimes in the 9-12 percent range. BUT, if you account for the fiber, the net carb intake is considerably lower.

Today, for example, my total carbs are at 44, which is 12%. But, if you subtract the fiber, my carbs are at 29, which seems to be well within my allowable range (am still figuring out my CCL).

So, the way they count it, is 10% or so okay, if my carbs are within my CCL? Is 12% a true reflection?

As no-one else has chimed in here, I would think that as long as your protein % is around the 30% mark and the net carbs are about where they should be according to the level of OWL you are at then you are doing fine.

Default Re: Fitday question re: carb percentages

Thanks, Elizellen. I was up a few ounces over the few days my carb percentages were that high, and while I didn't drop out of ketosis, my color lightened up significantly. So, it probably was a few too many carbs for me. But, I'll not worry if the percent is above 5 as long as it's within my CCL (when I subtract the fiber).
