| I would think that as long as you aren't forcing it, it shouldn't be bad...I mean, I have heard of bad things happening to people who drank too much water, but they were chugging out of a 5 gallon container.

| agree with chicagogirl. you are OK as long as you aren't drinking gallons at a time and forcing yourself. i believe you have to drink ALOT before renal shutdown happens, and that is so rare, anyway. spacing water out and drinking it steadily over the course of a day is the way to go. |

| Yup, I've heard that its fine as long as you are spacing it out. I think the only time its a bad thing is if you're drinking a ton of water over an hours time. So you're probably good to go. That's a lot of water to get in! Good job!

| I don't know how much water is TOO much - but we are drinking about 5 liters a day (each) in our house and there are no problems... (except a line for the bathroom ! )
