| I can tell you what will give you some very nice results in those 30 days...and that's EXERCISE. Strength training through weight lifting and cardiovascular exercise. The more muscle you build, the more fat you will burn.

| Sorry, can't help. I have had 4 kids and I don't remember what my body is supposed to look like. Hopefully I'll find out soon!

| My first go round with this woe I lost 16 pounds the first 2 weeks, and a month later my work pants had become clown pants and I'd lost about 25 or so. I was getting a waist back even being close to 200 still and short, hehe. I wish I'd kept it up! I had an extremely physical job then, and now I roam about the house, so I'm losing slower this time.
