| That would be your triceps. I like doing dips, and there are a few other exercises using small weights that work those muscles. |

| Tricep excersizes and also any kind of aerobic activity that includes your arms. Getting those arms moving around is the key. This will tone up the whole area. I did step aerobics for a long time and I used to get asked all the time how I got my arms so toned. Thinking about it I should probably pull out my step and get to it...lol

| It's important to work all the muscles in the arm if you want to tone them up. The number one exercise for toning your upper body? Push-ups!

| To tone the triceps I use a certain exersize that does an excellent job. I don't think there's a name for it, and it may prove even more difficult for me to describe. However, bear with me. LOL. You need a weight bench or something else you can find to serve the same purpose (use your imagination). You also need a 5-15 pound dumbell, however much you are comfortable lifting repetetively. You don't want to be straining, however, you do want to tire your muscle. Lower your left knee onto the bench, along with your left palm flat onto the bench. Put your right foot on the floor next to the bench, and hold the dumbell in your right hand. Start with your right arm completely flexed downward toward the floor, and lift up bending your elbow and keeping your facing elbow outward. Repeat, rotating sides. Hope this helps. Kinda like this guy but one side at a time!

| Remember - you can build those muscles and that is definitely a must - but if they're covered in fat, they're still going to look jiggly. There's no such thing as spot reducing! Aerobic activity and strength training combined are your best bet for fat burning and toning.

| Even though i'm overweight, the one part of my body i still love and constantly get compliments on are my arms. I attribute it to 2 exercises I swear are the best for arms- pushups and tricep dips. Both can be done while you're watchinh tv and that's probably why I've stuck with both of them. Push ups are self explanatory and you can even work the triceps a little harder with the pushups be bringing your hands closer together. Tricep dips require nothing but the floor or edge of a couch/chair. They're exactly like they sound- just place arms behind you and lower and raise your body using your arms. I agree that you need to lose weight in general before you attempt to make any dramatic changes to the jiggle- but keep up with those 2 exercises- like I said- right in front of the TV at night if you want- and you will notice a difference.
