| I'm sure someone with more experience can help better, but that sounds like what happened to me when I tried the Russell Stover sugar free chocolate. OUCH!! Never again - two pieces in one day and I was hurtin! Hope you feel better soon!

| I'm going through the same thing right now. I know I dumped some water weight the first week, but now I'm feeling distended and a little g-a-s-s-y. I think it's the sudden increase in vegetables and fiber. Some of them produce gas. I took some psyllium husk the first few days and could barely button my pants. I ended up drinking a little Malox now and then. I'm confident that our bodies will adjust to this. I'm also upping my water intake. |

| Feel better! I had a big problem with constipation a few days ago and I got some all natural laxative from the drug store. It worked well and now I feel better. Good luck

| The same thing happened to me on induction - I soon found out 1/3 of the amount I was using was right for me, and then not every day, either. If you are eating a lot of lettuce, it may also help to use different veggies from the salad veggie list in its place.

| I believe in induction you should only be having 2 tbsns...too much fibre can also be an issue if your body isn't used to it..you should build up fibre intake. You also need to drink alot of water if you have high fibre intake.

| That sounds really painful........I agree with everyone that it is the fiber.......you can get over-the -counter Gas ex. I'm not sure the carb count but that helped me when I was feeling like that......hope you feel better
