| the recipes on this site ARE Atkins friendly. to figure out nutritionals, I plug an entire recipe into fitday (www.fitday.com) and then break it apart for a serving. as far as being induction friendly, be careful. Read an entire recipe and any ingredients not on that handy induction foods list, either eliminate, subsititute or skip that recipe until you are at the appropriate rung. You can also do an "advanced search" in the recipes forum for "induction" and it should give you some good results. Lindas LowCarb is http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/index.html Her induction friendly recipes are marked with an * welcome to Atkins and to ADBB

| The recipes here are Atkins friendly. It's always a good idea to recheck the carb counts to any recipe posted. I've found some very interesting discrepancies in certain recipes posted around the Net.
