| When you are in phase 2 of Atkins, the first week you get to go from 20 g of carbs to 25, by just increasing veggies or such. The next increase, as long as you are still losing weight, some call "The nut rung" where you increase another 5 g of carbs, to 30 g, and you can eat "nuts" as long as it equals 5 g of net carbs or less (like Macadamia nuts.) |
