| last year at thanksgiving I had a log thrown and hit my foot and I think I broke a toe. I just hobbled around and tried to do normal stuff but lower impact. It hurt for months but finally stopped hurting. Now I have what I call an elephant toe where the end of it curl under but it does not hurt anymore. I don't know if there is anything a DR can do because I did not see one. My husband tried to minimize it and say it was not broke because someone in his family had done it to me (On accicent I guess). But it sure did hurt.

| Yes! With a guest pass once at a 24 Hour Fitness, I spotted a piece of cardio equipment called TORSO. It looked like a recumbent bike where you use your arms instead of your legs to pedal. Worth checking out!

| Anything upper body would be fine to do. Leg lifts or any other lower body exercises that won't put a strain on your foot might be okay too. But if I were you, I'd see what kind of lower body activity is okay for you to do.
