| Fitday shows 1 large egg is .6 g's for me? Not sure where you are seeing 1.83 ![]() Are you using 'scrambled eggs' or something else that has added ingredients?

| It depends on the size of the egg. And I also know that fitday gives different values for, say, a raw egg versus a boiled egg.
