| What day are you on? Yes, it will certainly pass. I had the same problem as well during induction.

| I been on ATKINS since May 2006 lost 30 pounds but fell of the wagon during the Holidays so I am a restart but never experenced this before.Good to see this to shall pass. |

| When are you doing your exercise? Some people have an easier time with sleep if the exercise in the morning(instead of at night). |

| At least you have found a way to get hold of some extra hours to do all those things we never have enough time in the day for!!
