Splenda, Equal or Sweet n Low?

is one better than another for us?

I don't have a preference, but I use Splenda for food and liquid saccharin for drinks. I'll use whatever is on hand when I'm out.

Truthfully... i dont use any of those (synthetic) sweeteners... i used Splenda on my 1st day which was this past Sunday and it gave me a Horrible Migraine! so i asked about it here and was told the truth about it... so i surfed the web and found out how really Synthetic these Artificial Sweeteners really are... you would be amazed how they make them! so, from now on if i need to i am going to go to a Natural Food Store near me and buy something NATURAL... and buy the way... I LOVE YOUR TOP PIC!!! THAT IS JUST WAY TOO CUTE!!!

I believe Splenda is the only one approved for use by Dr. Atkins. A natural version of a sweetener would be stevia.

splenda is what i use mostly unless im somewhere and they dont have it

Here's the list of approved sweeteners in DADNR -

sucralose (brand name Splenda)
saccharin (Sweet n Low)
cyclamte
acesulfame-K

Dr. A says he PREFERS Splenda of the above list.
DANDR discourages the use of Aspartame (Equal).
Also mentioned is Stevia - not approved by the FDA as a sweetener but only as supplement. Lots of folks really like this one though I have not tried it yet.
