| It sure is! I know there's someone on here who gets cravings after eating celery! Ahh, the magic of OWL. If the squash is the culprit, now you know a food to eat in moderation, or to avoid!

| Yes, it's possible to get cravings from a vegetable. We've had members who have had craving problems from broccoli, celery, tomatoes, and onions. I have problems with any dish made from eggplant and tomatoes. We're all individuals so our bodies react individually. Look at this in a positive way: you learned something about your body and that will help you to continue losing weight and help you maintain your goal weight.

| what I would do is not eat it for a week then try it again if you get cravings you will know for sure it is a trigger..I never trust the first time ..it could be anything that triggered you including hormones or the weather or life ....so give it another shot but wait a week ...
