| Hi - if you go into the "goals" section and enter a daily fiber goal - it doesn't matter what it is - just putting something in there will then cause the fiber amount to show up in the totals box on you foods page. |

| The online free fitday wont actually do the sums to tell you how many net carbs you have eaten, but if you follow Kylie's suggestion and enter a fibre 'goal' you will be able to do that yourself. If you decided to buy the pc version to use on your computer when offline it is more helpful and you can make it do the maths for you and display your net carbs.

| If you look at the top of the page though where the pie chart is, it will list your total carbs and total fiber right below it. Makes it fairly easy to figure...
