| Can I ask what its sweetened with? I am in the Uk and am unfamiliar with the product. Some sweeteners are ok, where as some arent.

| Ok, then I am unfortunately going to suggest you dont drink it. Aspartame is a very common staller in lots of people. Its safer to give it a miss completely. If you can find a drink that is sweetened with Splenda then that is ok, even then though it must be limited to 3 servings a day. But Aspartame can cause problems in people. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Rich

| Thanks for the info it has been hard to figure out what and what not to put in my mouth at times. But now that I know I will definately stop drinking it and will stick with good plain ice water from now on out. I am going this weekend to get my copy of Dr.Atkins Book to study from cover to cover so again thanks.. |

| MK, while the powdered cystal lite is flavored with aspartame, the liquid version that comes pre-bottled is flavored with Splenda. While I would highly recommend sticking with water, if you want a flavored beverage as a treat occasionally then that stuff is a decent way to go.

| Thanks, I do appreciate the info on this. I am going to truly just stick with water until I can really understand the whole process. I think that might be best for me right now. But I do thank you for letting me know that if I need a treat every now and again that is an option. |

| I drink Crystal Light (both the powdered and pre-made) with no problem, However, I don't drink it every day, and I'm definitely not drinking 2 liters at a time. I drink it maybe once every other week or so. So maybe just cut back on the quantity, and if you are concerned with the sweetener, just drink the pre-made. It is true that the pre-made stuff is sweetened with Splenda and I've always wondered why they don't do thier powder mix with Splenda? |

| I mainly drink water myself, but there are times I crave like a glass of OJ, or juice and I turn to walmarts generic version of crystal light. Its only about $ 1.87 or so here in California for the 4 tub pack (same as Crystal light) and they come in many different flavors. Cranberry, apple, grape, orange, tea, peach tea, lemonade, pink lemonade just to name a few. We are all effected differently by different foods/sugars, you will need to see if it stalls you personally or not. I know some people here drink the sugar free tang (Aspartame). |
