| Woo hoooo!!!! Congratulations. And let me say, as a former drop out because of unavoidable circumstances that changed my exercise routine, I'm so very very proud of each of you for sticking with the 6 weeks of torture, er, uhm, exercise! Party on! |

| I am proud to show off my results, thanks so much to my workout buddies, I could never have done it without their encouragments and patient ear for the rants.......I am soooo with you on the torture part Lisa, especially those crampers, yikes. I lost about 2 lbs in weight, but more than 5 inches in measurements, actually my weight is just starting to go down since last week. This first picture is a few days after I started, 6 weeks ago. ![]() And here the final result ! ![]() [edit] Ok, I just went back to our work-out thread and then I realised I only restarted atkins one week (1 !!) (after 2 months of going downhill and 2 weeks actually fallen off) before I started the slim in six workouts. That week before I weighed in at 187 lbs, this morning I weighed 177.8 !!!!, so I might have said I 'only' lost 2 pounds, but all in all I am almost 10 pounds down from 7 weeks ago !!!!
