Aaarghhhh!!!

I had to vent. I just had to. I just got back from my lunch and because I forgot my chicken breast on the counter(poor planning), I was forced to find something at one of the convenient stores close by. I found a prepared garden salad, which included lettuce, radishes, cucumbers and tomatoes. I was going to skip the tomatoes and figure I'd be ok.They serve Ken's dressing in the packets which are usually pretty good on carbs. So, there I at the counter, they ask what kind, I say italian..get out to my car and it's FAT FREE italian- which we all know has TONS of sugar. So, I go back in...ask for ranch..same thing!!! I wanted to go back in again and say, "I didn't ask for fat free...why are you giving me fat free?" So, I went back in and asked for any dressing they had that wasn't fat free. Finally I got a peppercorn ranch but I was so annoyed. Why don't they have regular dressings and why don't they tell me instead of assuming I want fat free!!!!????!!! Sorry- I just had to vent. Thanks, I feel better.

that's why I don't mess with packaged dressings
they are so suspect
I always ask for olive oil and vingar if I need it
it's acually an outrage at the dwindeling low carb
menus and products that used to be so promenent
