| Welcome back Wildfire! You may want to speak to your doctor about the Dilaudid, I think, once again, I think, that might hender you a bit. I could be wrong. As far as the flavored waters....sorry, they won't count for your water intake. I think one of the splenda sweetened drinks counts as like 1-3 sweet'd items for the day on induction. Your best bet is to drink good old plain room temp water. (room temp is peragative for you, I just find it easier to down 224 oz of water at that temp haha) You'll be up and down to the bathroom most of the first few days but your body will adjust. good luck, and seriously, the Dilaudid, speak to your physician first! Welcome back though! |

| Welcome back! 1. Yes, but count it towards your sweetner limit, and try to minimise how much you drink. Make sure you are getting your water in. Watch the sodium too. Makes your weight artifically higher, and it's annoying to see on the scale. :P 2. Medications can slow weightloss, depending on the person. It's definately a factor. 3. Keep it as clean as possible. Meat and low carb veggies, and watch everything else. It's easy to pile on the carbs with katsup, soy sauce, etc. Patience helps alot too.
