HI Everyone! 26 year old female here. 270 lbs after many years of slight depression... I did atkins 3 years ago and lost 50 pounds and felt wonderful, but went wayyyy of the track and gained that plus more back. Heading to Grad school soon and starting a new phase in my life and I just want it to be the best it possibly can.... soooo I will probably be posting on here frequently just for some ideas and motivation! Hope everyone is doing well. By the way, I ate a lot of cauliflower last time around... how much would you say is a serving and how many carbs... I cannot figure it out with the carb counter!

i don't know which carb counter you are referring to but if you click on the link in my siggy and it will take you to the Atkins carb counter. you should be able to find cauliflower listed in the proper catagory and you'll see the stats you are looking for.
