Need to come back

Well, I fell off the Atkins wagon back in September. I began culinary school, and that was that. I figured, i'm here and should experience everything. And I did. And have. And i'm at a bloated 209. I feel horrible. I joined Golds Gym here where I live now, went once, made the 4 hr trip home, went 3 times last week, now I have bronchitis. All I wanna do is sit here and be miserable and eat everything in sight. I need to find my willpower again. Sigh.

You can do it, Bluerain! I know you can! I'm in the same boat you are . . . and am digging deep within myself to find that strength and desire to carry on. Just look at that picture of you at 187 pounds -- there's your motivation! You look fantastic!

Hey welcome back, I am with staziaw: you CAN do it !!!!
I am a chef so I know definitely where you are coming from, when you are an 'adict' and have the drug of your choise constantly thrown in your face it becomes quite a challenge, but I know for sure we can pull this off !

Just so few up with everything right now. I'm tired of living in the city. I miss my family 4 hrs away. Maybe the way I eat can be the one thing I can control in my life at this point. I cleaned out my fridge and measured, wrote it all down, same old schtick. Thanks for the encouraging words.
