Question about Atkins Advantage Bars

I'm not sure where to post this question so here goes. Yesterday I ate an Atkins Advantage Peanut Butter Granola Bar because I was really hungry, driving, and didn't want to cheat with fast food.

Anyway, I punched the nutritional numbers into FitDay and it shows 14g net carbs. The wrapper states only 3g net carbs. BIG difference! Fiber is 4g. Anyone have an explanation for me and which number I should use??

Those bars have other 'non-digested' carbs like glycerine. And the company subtracts that in order to have a net carb of 1 or 2 or whatever.

You could eat at fast food places. For example a small side salad and a bunless hamburger are a good fast food choice for Atkins.

Ya know its funny i cannot find any of atkins prepared food anywhere.I see alot of south beach, w/w but never atkins.... why is that people??

I find them at Target, CVS Pharmacies and Ralhns supermarkets. I'm in So Cal. They can also be found at some health food stores in my area.
