| Those bars have other 'non-digested' carbs like glycerine. And the company subtracts that in order to have a net carb of 1 or 2 or whatever. You could eat at fast food places. For example a small side salad and a bunless hamburger are a good fast food choice for Atkins.

| Ya know its funny i cannot find any of atkins prepared food anywhere.I see alot of south beach, w/w but never atkins.... why is that people?? |

| I find them at Target, CVS Pharmacies and Ralhns supermarkets. I'm in So Cal. They can also be found at some health food stores in my area. |
