| Okay, so get into the window labeled: Atkins Diet Ongoing Weight Loss (OWL) and Pre-Maintenance Approximately 1/2 way down the scroll into the threads posted, is a plethora of information about your pasta query. If I gathered correctly, there is a percentage of the pasta that "doesn't count"....and pasta is processed such that your body breaks down the carbs much slower than it would normally, resulting in reduced insulin reactions. Really....go to the threads Hope this helps. P.s. I have actually been looking into the "Miracle Noodle"....all fiber, 0 digestible carbs. You can look it up online. - Deber

| Yes, go Shirataki noodles!!!!! You can find them in the cooler near the tofu in some stores. I wouldn't trust those others - there's too many "(new word) carbs" labels out there for me. "Effective carbs", for instance. I just go with total carbs less fiber. I feel a lot safer! LOL |
