| Congratulations on sticking to plan even when life's bumming you out. I totally agree with Jane - join a challenge!! The March mileage challenge started, you just go and put how many miles you'll do in the month. Or I think the Bikini Challenge is still accepting people (3 hours/week of cardio, 400 crunches and 102oz/day water).
