| So, Calizsunshine, what are your plans to get back on track? Plenty of induction-legal foods prepared? Got your water on hand?

| I think remembering how you feel right now is a good way for you to teach yourself not to cheat again. The success of staying on track feels better than any bite of food can taste. Don't be too hard on yourself though, just pick it right back up. Drink lots of water to flush all the icky stuff away. Also, like the others stated, have your plan ready and make sure to go to the store and stock up on induction friendly foods. Good luck, and keep us posted!! |
