| I always use Marie's chunky Blue Cheese, best I've found for avoiding sugar. Rather then the usual 2 carbs per serving it only has 1. As a bonus it's really very tasty.

| I just bought a blue cheese dressing at the store yesterday. It also had one carb but I don't remember the brand. I love blue cheese!

| Mmmmm.... blue cheese for me too. I've been buying Marzetti's. They also have a Bistro blue cheese - little bit lighter flavor than the regular... and a Buffalo blue cheese - spicy. |

| It depends on how I'm using it. I like good old ranch for veggie dip, I use Italian for marinating, I like blue cheese or a variety of oil based dressing for salads, or I use balsamic (yes, I know, more sugar than others) for salads or other uses. |

| I love Ranch and Blue Cheese- I usually buy Kens (1g). Lately they have been on sale at my local grocery store. 2 for 5 bucks. So I stocked up and bought two of each! I love being able to eat this dressing. On a low fat diet they always tell you that ranch is a no-no. I love my salads and I LOVE my dressing. I usually make a "cobb-like" salad for my lunch. Hardboiled eggs in a salad make it taste so yummy! |

| I love Ranch dressing, and I usually buy Ken's Buttermilk Ranch. YUM! If I'm having a darker leafy salad that's "lighter" I use this great raspberry vinagrette that I found at my supermarket. I can't remember the brand, but it's made in Oregon with real raspberries, and has no added sugars. I usually only use a tablespoon of it, so it's worth the 3 carbs! For marinating foods, I love Ken's Northern Italian dressing. I use that as the base, and I'll add fresh herbs, or hot sauce, or spices.
