| I know diet orange soda has a ton of carbs (found this out by accident) maybe some orange spiced tea or water with lemon or orange slice... I miss my grapefruit juice but it gets easier. |

| Crystal Light has an orange beverage ... kind of reminds me of Tang. It's a "Sunshine Juice" or something like that...

| When you move to OWL and Pre-Maintanence, you can have whole fruit. A whole orange has 87 calories, 22 carbs with 4.4 grams of fiber, or 17.8 net carbs. And the vitamins of that whole orange are relatively intact and don't need to be supplemented or added back into the juice.

| Diet Rite has a tangerine flavor that is good. In no way will it be like real orange juice, but it is a safe way to get that orange taste. |

| You could also buy Orange flavored Kool Aid and sweeten it with Splenda.. That's what I do. |

| Thanks for all the good ideas. I bought the Crystal Light Sunrise Classic Orange and it totally satisfied my orange juice craving. The fresh orange slice in water seems the healthier choice. I also found Tropicana makes a low sugar orange juice which I might try once I get to Lifetime Maintenance ...
