| thanks SO much everyone! i am not gonna get TOO greedy about having her around all week....my loss is SO slow! but loss is loss and hey, if she wants to hang around that will be ok! joy, thanks for the party! julie, thanks for the rep! how sweet! your posts really inspire me to hang in there. jane, so cool about your mom's birthday! you gave me great inspiration for the elliptical. stargirl...it IS worth it!!! cocobelle...another southern friend! i too am from NC...a carolina grad and SO sad about our loss sunday night. where are you? well.....today i took a minor hit...had to go BACK to the doc and have the stitches taken out of my leg and had a procedure on the OTHER leg...absolutely no treadmill/elliptical for 2 days....sheesh! 6 stitches in the front of my calf so,,,,,i will just hold my breath, drink buckets of water and hope for the best. maybe i can still do my 5 pound hula hoop til then. I WANNA BE 155! again thanks to EVERYONE here on this board....goodness all the success stories and determination.....keeping my fingers crossed to see 175 by the 6th...see you all tomorrow!! |

| Hey there! The girl's BB is doing good (Latta is the queen!), boys....not so good! I'm in Jax. Understand about the set backs. Broke my arm in Dec. Wore the cast like a good girl. Having a hard time recuperating. The arm didn't heal quite well. Blah...blah...blahh - in a splint for another month, with possible surgery...ugh. ANYWAY!! I started the Slim in 6, had to modify the workout for the arm. Maybe you could do some modifications? The floor work would probably be good (I tell ya - I cursed the pixie every day with those butt crunchers!) There's also tummy crunches that'll be gentle on your legs. I hope the whoshie fairy visits for a couple of days. Send her to Tarheel Country when you're done, please!
