| Hey honey!!! Click your heels together three times, and say "There's no one like me.... there's no one like me" twelve and a half weeks is such a long time. It's also a blink. Count backwards. How long do you need to get your dress? How much time do you have to select? Cut that time in half. Say to yourself - "I'm not gonna think about it until then". You are making AMAZING progress!! You started Atkins SIX weeks ago!! You have twice that time until your wedding. Scary, isn't it? Add some special time that also qualifies as exercise. Take honey or daughter on an evening stroll for 30 minutes (heck... take the stinky pooch too!! ;-P) It'll give you time to re-aquaint (no phones, no external pressures... just your loved ones). It'll also boost your exercise time. Woo-hoo! Double benefit!! You can do this!! Abandon the scales for a week... say I'm gonna do the extra 30 minutes... I'm gonna drink another 200cc/8oz a day for that week....You may surprise yourself!! SMILES!!

| aawww you all are great! i do NOT buy into "horrorscopes" as my pastor jokingly calls them but mine today DID say i would have tension with a loved one...maybe that is why i am so aggravated with my honey for the minor goof up with our save the date cards (MOST of our guests are coming from the east coast and MN). as my mama used to say i need to quit my whining and just get going. yes coco 12 weeks is a long time...it also flies by in the blink of an eye.... am realistic and know i will not reach my FINAL goal by then but 155 would be so great. 23 pounds sure does sound like a big number. tomorrow i will do the elliptical, i will surely throw down another glass of water (that is pretty easy) and think positive thoughts.....i soooo wanna be a pretty bride. my guy thinks i am gorgeous already (hey he IS marrying me!) but as you know, it is a "girl thing." |

NO doubt the Whooshie fairy will be coming your way soon! You have heaps of time before the Big Day -- just keep plugging along and before you know it you will be a slim and sexy bride !!! ( does the stinky pooch get to be the ring bearer???) Be positive! Donna

| hi donna! where is geelong? 2 summers ago my college roomie and i did a trip to melbourne, sydney and woolongong! i loved it so much. my fiance is even talking about maybe taking our honeymoon back to australia! he has a friend who lives along the north east coast. we'll see.....we were thinking cabo san lucas or hawaii but he is getting a wild hair. who knows! no one can do this but me....but i am glad for all my pals here who keep me motivated (unknowingly) with all their stories. sometimes i feel like a little kids..."i want, i want , i want!"....but i do want! hee hee.....to feel like a million bucks now for the stinky dog...she smells much better right now. she is our baby shih tzu that we got at christmas.....definitely has an "alpha dog" complex and is learning that mom is the boss. not her. she is a sweetie but surely not the sharpest tool in the shed...hey, some girls can get by on their looks, right? never thought about having her carry the rings......that is cute! thanks for all your positive words....i am hanging in there cuz not to means i am falling off....don't want to do that! |

| Hi Misplaced! Geelong is a lovely City on the south east coast of Australia ( Victoria) Its on the bay and has a lovely waterfront -- ALso the home of the famous BELLS Surf beach where they hold a lot of surf competitions .We are one hours drive west of Melbourne . I have a Mens hairdressing salon in the city so I can definately look after that WILD HAIR . Australia is a great place for a holiday ( especially the Northeast coast ) By then you will have a bikini body no doubt! I still think the doggy should be the ring bearer ( better make it a fake ring in case she loses it !!!)Here comes the Bride Donna
