| It might be the different way many countries list carbohydrates from the way the USA does. In UK fibre does not count as a carb, so our carb info is for net carbs and the fibre grams are listed in a different section of the label than carbohydrates. Usually it works out roughly the same once you have allowed for the USA deduction of fiber though. Maybe a misprint on your packet? This does sometimes happen in the best of worlds!! Maybe there is some address listed on your packet where you can phone or email to ask them? BTW it is not really an induction food (in case you are on induction) despite the Atkins company's claims on the label as it has ingredients not on the induction list of allowed foods. Quote:
