Artichoke Question

Can anyone tell me how much artichoke is in 2 cups? If i were to eat an artichoke which is only that little nibble at the end of each leaf and the artichoke heart would that make up my 2 cups? OR could I eat 2? Or just one and another veggie?

Artichokes are limited to 1 cup during Induction because they are on the "other vegetable" list.

I ate artichokes on Induction and I counted 1 whole artichoke as 1 cup. I'm sure if you scrape off the edible parts of the leaves and measure it with the heart, it will come to 1/2 to 3/4 cups.
