| I occasionally will have Icebreaker sours, or chew sugar free gum, if I really feel the need to have something sweet in my mouth, or I need to freshen my breath to talk to someone. Don't let them become a crutch, keep their use occasional, and see how they affect you. If they give you cravings or knock you out of ketosis, you may have to cut them out. |

| If you choose to have them (and I won't even get into all that, as others have already opined on the subject), they taste really good--just like the ones with sugar (or at least what I remember the sugary ones to taste like). It's getting to where most of the sugar-free alternatives taste awesome. Thank heavens they DO have sugar alcohols and the negative side-effects thereof, or else there are a lot of people who would probably overindulge. |

| Yep... Scooter's right... be wary of the Frankenfoods, even more than you'd be wary of the Frankenstein!!

| Personally, I love the Icebreakers Sours. IMO, nobody got fat eating them. Betty

| Altoids have a "sugar free -small mint" I am almost a 100% sure they are made with sugarlose. I had couple last week and checked my ketostix and I was still dark purple all week. I cut them out this week though cause I am trying to cut back on any artificial sweetner, for the rumor is they can cause stalls. Hang in there! |
