| I just went through the allowed list of foods and chose the foods I liked!! On induction I tended to buy: meat (usually pork or chicken) eggs cheese cream vegetables butter/oils flax/linseed seeds Now I am in OWL I also buy yogurt Nuts/seeds berries when in season soya nuts butternut squash grapefruit That provides me with a good 'pallette' to make my meals from!!
