| wooooooohoooooooooooooo !!!! I am so happy for you!!! I have the same thing where I can 'taste' the food without eating it, makes me proud of myself every time again when I make my friends and family dinner and not even twitch!!!

| WTG! I made my family spaghetti and meatballs the other night and what helped me was while the pasta was boiling, I went ahead and ate my dinner (and made sure to have a very filling one) and then by the time their dinner was ready I was full and didn't have a single desire for it! I seem to be more in control this time and haven't had many cravings at all thank goodness.
